Parking in the neighborhood is safe and free for everyone. However, if you wish, we have private underground parking on our site, upon request and availability at an additional cost.

Each apartment has an exclusive standalone Internet network which is constantly upgraded. At the moment the download speed in each partition is 100Mbps. According to speed test measurements, 102.88 Mbps download and 5.21Mbps upload were recorded.

Depending on availability and season, apartments are provided, including all bills, for monthly rental at preferential rates.
