Accommodation Policy
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 11:00 in the morning.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, corridors, stairs and public areas. Allowed on balconies and yard.
- Pets: Upon request and availability, pets can be accommodated in 2 of our 6 apartments, which have direct access to the yard. Contact us for any clarifications.
- Toddlers: Cribs and feeding chairs are available upon request. Contact us before your arrival to make sure we have designed the bedroom space properly.
- Accessibility: Our accommodation is a two-storey and does not have an elevator. All ground floor apartments are elevated and have easy access with a total of 5 steps from the sidewalk. The apartments on the first floor are accessible from our internal staircase with 24 stairs. Due to the nature of our apartments we are not able to provide wheelchair access. However, our goal is to address the issue soon so that we can accommodate wheelchair users.
- Minimum Age Limits: All our guests must be 18 years old or older to confirm their booking at our accommodation. You must provide a valid ID or passport upon arrival for age verification. If someone declares himself an adult and proves to be a minor at check-in: we have the right to refuse and cancel the reservation.
- Compliance with regulations: At Athens Chic House we want all guests to feel comfortable and safe at home. That’s why, in order to protect their peace, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who engages in unacceptable behavior. In this case, we are not obliged to pay any compensation. If damage is found due to deceit, will or negligence, we reserve the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including damage due to the cessation of our activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases that the customer has not paid by credit card, but otherwise, we will demand immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered otherwise we reserve all our legal rights.
- Limitation of Liability: Each of our guests is responsible throughout their stay at Athens Chic House for keeping their valuables in a safe place. Each apartment has a safe. Athens Chic House is not responsible in case of loss, and / or damage due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, strike etc.).
