- Reservations

• The reservation refers to the type of apartment for the duration of your stay, and not to a specific apartment, unless there is a prior arrangement and concerns special requirements (accessibility, pet, etc.)
• By making a reservation, you declare your full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
• Prices are in euros, per apartment and per night, depending on the number of people who must be declared before arrival.
• You must inform us during your booking, if you wish to issue an invoice for your stay.
• Offers are subject to availability and are not combined with other offers or promotions.

Upon arrival, the full payment of your stay should have been completed.

- Reservation Changes and Cancellations

• For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
• For flexible refundable reservations, 50% of the total cost of accommodation is charged with a minimum amount of the value of the first night. If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and all refunds will be refunded. the total reservation.
• Reservations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival are treated as a non-refundable reservation and the full amount will be charged on the day of booking. Athens Chic House reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation without prior notice, 30 days prior to arrival.
• In case of cancellation on arrival, during the stay, or for non-appearance at the hotel, you will be charged 100% of the stay based on the reservation.
• In exceptional cases of force majeure, Athens Chic House reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation if necessary. In this case, the total amount paid upon booking will be refunded. *

- Special Policy for all bookings for the 2021 season

Sharing the unexpected liquidity caused by the global health crisis in all aspects of our daily lives, we have created an emergency cancellation policy for Athens Chic House. Understanding traveler friends, for all bookings during the 2021 season, and wanting to provide them with the necessary flexibility in their planning, we provide the following emergency booking and cancellation policy in case the accommodation is ordered to be "temporarily closed" by order of the Public Authorities .

The traveler can choose between two options:

• To receive the return of the deposited deposit immediately. *
• Do not immediately receive the return of the deposit already deposited and prefer to be transferred to his next booking. Then a credit voucher will be issued at 110% of the value of the deposit. The voucher can be used in any upcoming booking up to one year from the date of issue, and if not used in the end, the original deposit will be refunded. *
